Q: How long have you been in business?
​A: We just purchased this business from United Recovery who had been operating it for around 15 years. We are keeping  the best aspects of the business and improving on others.
Q: ​What are the hours of the facility?
A: We open at 7:00 am and close at 6:00 p.m. (unless prior arrangements have been made)
Q: Do I need to sign a year's lease?
A: No. The lease is for a six month minimum and renews automatically for another six months if notice not given
Q: How do I gain entry to the storage lot?
A: You go to the gate and enter your four-digit PIN  code. 
​Important Note: if you enter the wrong PIN several consecutive times, you will be locked out for 15 minutes! Please enter your code carefully.
Q: How long does the gate stay open?
A: The gate stays open for a minute before it automatically closes. 
Q: What about payment? Can I use a credit card?
A:  We require bill or auto pay which is very easy and your bank will transfer the funds on the date you specify to our bank automatically, we'll walk you through the process if you would like. For the very first month, the rent is prorated and we will accept a check for those days.
Q: I want to sign up, how do I start?
A: Easy, you just go to the rental agreement tab above and click "Download". The lease will come up and you just print it out, fill it out, and mail to our mailing address (on the lease form), with a check for the month coming up and prorating any days earlier you will have your vehicle there. If you have any concerns about prorating, just ask us and we'll take care of it for you. Once we receive your request, we will review it for any problems and reply back with your gate PIN.
Q:  I called to make arrangements to reserve a space, but I heard a message saying you are full and to leave my contact information (phone and email). If I do that, when will  I hear back from you?
A:  When we have an opening, we will call or email you.
